Shipping Policy

We employ the services of major trusted carriers to fulfil your package in a fast and secure manner in the UK. If an order is confirmed before 11:00, it will be shipped out the same day. Any orders after 11:01, will be shipped out the following working day.

Delivery Guarantee

If you do not receive your order within 7-10 working days of your order date, you will be given your second month's service, free of charge. 

Shipping Policy & Terms

To ensure your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertised, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a gift card for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

If you refuse and shipments from First Line Protect, www.Firstlineprotect.co.uk.co.uk,  you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your postal service. First Line Protect will reasonably endeavour to correspond with the buyer(s) to ensure address is correct however, we do not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue a refund for packages that state being delivered.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 2/3 days from the date it is shipped out unless express shipping is selected in which case, you will receive the order the following working day.
